Version 2026-08-30. This notice describes how information submitted through ASCG Latino USA forms is handled.
Information we receive
The contact form may collect your name, work email, company, parent/HQ country, U.S. operating stage, primary finance challenge, preferred language, optional phone number and the message you provide.
We may also retain the source page and UTM campaign parameters when present. Lead records do not store raw IP addresses, IP hashes or user-agent strings.
Purpose
We use this information to review and respond to a business inquiry, understand the appropriate operating context and maintain an administrative record of the inquiry.
Abuse prevention
The form uses automated controls to prevent abusive submissions and limit repeated attempts. A temporary technical identifier may be derived from request information for this purpose. It is kept separately from contact information and automatically removed after a short retention period.
After the lead is saved, the server attempts to send an internal email notification. The lead remains stored even if that email attempt fails.
Security
Lead data is stored in files protected from direct web access. The administrative area requires authentication and access controls. Do not submit passwords, banking credentials or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
